She would not let us settle for something less than what we wanted, she was incredibly communicative and worked hard to represent us to sellers and all of those involved. Her involvement with us was not about making a quick sale for herself. She looked out for our interests and was incredibly resourceful in gathering property information to allow us to make informed decisions. This helped us dodge many bullets. She believed in us and our dreams. She responded to all our questions and concerns with concrete information quickly. Normally I don’t write reviews, but it deserved appreciation and recognition for the quick turnaround time that Donna Wood took to get our rental unit listed and rented in a matter of one day! My property had been vacant for 2.5 months after the last tenants moved out with a different large property management company which I had been with since 2015. I was referred to Harman and Donna Wood and they did not disappoint. She quickly took new photos of the property and started to work to get it rented. Staying local and with a company and employees who care about customer service is paramount for any community. Thank you, Donna Wood and Harman, for helping us with our investment!
