Carole Persinger

Carole joined the Harman Realty, Inc. family in June of 2023 working in Commercial Leasing and Growth Development. She began her real estate career in 2014 working with residential clients and soon added property management to her portfolio. She has ten years’ combined experience in residential real estate as well as property management. She was born and raised in Rockingham County, enjoys meeting new people and hearing their life stories to better understand how she can best serve their needs. Her years of experience and knowledge of the local area has set the foundation for commercial leasing, growth development and property management acquisitions at Harman Realty.

 

Post-graduation from Eastern Mennonite University, Carole and her husband moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. While living there she worked as a recruiter for a national company. This gave her the opportunity to meet and work with several different key people as well as various other national corporations.

 

Prior to obtaining her real estate license she and her husband started a local small business, Green Solutions, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, LLC, which is still in operation and continuing to grow each year. Carole also owned and operated a local vintage or antique shop that she started as a hobby and grew it into a business.

 

Carole is married to Barry, they have one adult daughter, Alexandrya, whom Carole homeschooled for ten years. Alexandrya will graduate from Eastern Mennonite University in the spring of 2024. When not working Carole enjoys spending time with her family, friends, her dogs, traveling, snorkeling, finding vintage furniture and antique rugs. She is also a bit of an adrenaline junkie, so it’s not unusual to find her zip lining or skydiving whenever she finds the chance as well as willing participants!
